This is an assortment of Gluten-Free cakes that have become signature and staple flavor combos.
Layers of rich and moist chocolate cake that is GF and DF with my signature and original Bustelo buttercream between the cake layers and used to frost around the cake. A chocolate drip and chocolate shavings are then used to garnish the cake.
Layers of rich and moist chocolate cake with a smooth and creamy buttercream made with Reeses Peanut Butter ganache. Striped in the orang and yellow colors found in the Reeses pieces bags. Reeses pieces and peanut buttercup candies garnish the cake with a DOUBLE drip of chocolate and peanut butter ganache.
Soft and delicate layers of vanilla angel food cake with sprinkles baked in. A delicious smooth vanilla swiss meringue buttercream with sprinkles mixed in. This cake is a party inside and out!
Made with Baker's Chocolate, this cake has become quite popular! For my own twist on the cake, I frost it with a whipped chocolate ganache to keep sweet blend of coconut flakes and pecans inside but exposed on top surrounded by a carefully piped rope of ganache.
Moist and deliciously sweet layers of carrot cake, made with homemade apple sauce and freshly grated carrots (no nuts in this cake!). As cream cheese buttercream is very finicky to frost with due to the addition of actual cream cheese, I flavor swiss meringue buttercream with a cream cheese emulsion and a tiny amount of cream cheese. I garnish the top and base of the cake with crushed pecans.
No wedding needed for this cake! An almond flavored white cake with a smooth vanilla swiss meringue buttercream in between the layers and to frost it. Simple, white, and oh so sweet!

Vanilla white cake cupcakes with a piped swirl of Vanilla buttercream. Yes, it a very traditional flavor combo, but that vanilla swiss meringue buttercream takes it to a non-basic level! Pop it in the fridge for a few minutes and that buttercream almost tastes like ice cream.
Little plump and moist mounds of chocolate cake topped with a piped rosette of peanut butter buttercream and some reeses candy pieces.
