Cake servings per size are dependent on how the cake is sliced and served. These are based of of traditional triangle slices. Additional cutting guides can be provided to allow you to get more slices from your cake. A standard cake is a double layer cake and will stand between 3.5"-4" in height (without toppers). Cakes can also be made in a triple layer (5"-6" tall) or double barrel (4 layers that is approximately 8" tall) for the trendy tall cakes found on Pinterest and Instagram. Please include your preference in the quote request. The smallest custom cake is a 5" Triple Layer Cake and pricing starts at $140.

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
The Baking House Co. uses Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC). SMBC is significantly less sweet and creamier than the traditional American Buttercream used by many home bakers and store bakeries.
